Timothy Michael "Tim" Callahan

Timothy Michael “Tim” Callahan, 52, of Charleston, TN passed away on August 27, 2017. He was born on March 22, 1965 to the Willie and Shirley Callahan. Tim is a lifelong resident of this area. He worked in the collision repair industry for more than twenty years, the last seven being at Gilbert’s Collision. Tim enjoyed working on Hot Rods, especially his 1953 Bel Air that he has been working on for many years. Tim also loved going to the beach and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his father Willie Callahan and his brother Ricky Callahan.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Shirley Callahan; children Brandon Callahan (Sharon) and Tim Callahan; stepsons Chris Pruitt and Daniel Welchel; stepdaughter Hannah Dicola; wife Donna Callahan; sisters: Ginger Callahan (Linda), Robin Withrow (James), and Vickie Edgemon Callahan; grandchildren: Storm Moore, Allysa Callahan, and soon to be born Timothy Michael Callahan. In addition to these, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday August 29, 2017at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home with interment to follow in Union Grove Church of God Cemetery. Timothy Callahan, Brandon Callahan, Chris Callahan, Tanner Davis, Robert Jauregui, and Tanner Swann will serve as pallbearers.
