He was preceded in death by his Father James Diaz, Mother Betty Diaz, Brother-in-Law Gary Jenkins Sr. and Nephew Gary Jenkins Jr.
Survivors include his Son Andrew Diaz, Sister's Linda Parrish, Betty Line, Mary Ann Jenkins, and Tina Diaz. Brother's James Diaz, David Diaz and Michael Diaz.
