Timothy David Henry

Timothy (Tim) David Henry, 60, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 at his home in Delano, TN with his wife and daughter by his side.
Tim was the owner of Hiwassee Rustic Design, which he and his wife, Carol, started in 2014. He enjoyed working with his hands and could be found most days in his workshop stripping down wood from an old barn to create a farm table or a unique custom piece. He took great pride in the quality of his craftsmanship and was a true master of his art.
Tim loved the outdoors and enjoyed playing with his dog, Millie or spending time picnicking on or floating down the Hiwassee River with his family.
Tim had a heart for others and his unseen Earthly wings are now visible.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John David and Carol Jenkins Henry and brothers, Benji and Billy Henry.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Anne; daughter, Lacy (Landon) Lemley; stepdaughter, Jessica (Chris) Tallent; granddaughter, MaeLee Lemley; step-grandchildren, Madelyn and Christian Tallent; nephew, Jordan Henry; and several friends that he considered family.
The family will receive friends and family from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road, Cleveland, TN. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home with pastor Mark Cameron officiating the service.
