Obituary
Thomas Jackson Beck, 63, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday night, November 29th, 2013 surrounded by his family. Tommy was born on December 30th, 1949 a son of the late Georgia Beck Green. He graduated Bradley Central High School and worked until his retirement as a photographer and in the photo finishing industry. Tommy was a member of the Waterville Baptist Church. He enjoyed golfing, camping and watching various sporting events, but the thing most important to Tommy was spending time with his family. He will be forever remembered for being a loving and devoted father and grandfather.
In addition to his mother Tommy is also preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him Claude J. & Bessie Beck and one brother Dennis Green.
Tommy leaves behind to cherish his memory one daughter Melinda Gail Beck, two sons Thomas Bradford Beck and his wife Krista and Aaron Foster Beck and his wife Courtney, five grandchildren, three brothers Johnny Green, Ronnie Beck and Jerry (Betty) Beck. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Monday night, December 2nd, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Waterville Baptist Church located at 3722 Dalton Pike in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Allan Lovelace officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church on Monday night from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
A graveside service and interment will take place on Tuesday morning, December 3rd, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Spring Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery in Lamontville, TN.
