Thomas Clinton Caldwell

Thomas Clinton Caldwell, Jr. of Hixson, TN passed away peacefully in a local nursing facility on March 29th, 2018 at the age of 92. Tom was a Veteran of the United States Navy and fought in the Battle of Normandy. As an avid outdoorsman and founding member of the Highland Sportsman Club, Tom enjoyed nature and spending time with friends.
Preceded in death are his wife, Lema June Pitts Caldwell, parents Thomas Clinton Caldwell and Nancy Jane Blevins Caldwell, two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by daughters Rebecca Leigh Wilson (David), Tammy Lynne Bates (Ronnie), and step daughter Judith Ann Lee. Eight grandchildren, Eleven great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at the National Cemetery in Chattanooga on April 9th, at 1:00pm.
