Terry Sue Geyer, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, was called home to Heaven on June 28, 2024. She was a woman who reflected God's love in everything. Terry was the first New Year's baby born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1945. She was a licensed LPN for more than 20 years, before becoming a bus driver for the Head Start program, and then a school bus driver for special needs students with the Cleveland City School system. These positions allowed Terry to serve her community and share her faith and love with many students and their families. Terry never missed an opportunity to give all she could to anyone in need, regardless of who it might be...a stranger, a friend, or a family member. She was a talented seamstress, and enjoyed gardening, being with her family and traveling.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Alan Geyer, her father, Hume Wixom Reeves, Sr., her mother, Virgina Ruth Reeves, her brothers, Hume "Skip" Wixom Reeves, Jr., and Frank Bryan Reeves, and her son, Peter John Geyer.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Ann Maddox, her daughters, Suzanne Marie Schrupp and Syvia Michelle Weaver, her sons, Wesley Aaron Geyer (Kris) and Kelly Matthew Geyer (Dale), her grandsons, Anthony Jason Montez, Steven Alan Schrupp, and Breck Geyer, her granddaughters, Marilyn Casey, Brandy Geyer, and Stephanie Marie Sayyae, her great grandson Carter Douglas Montez, and her great granddaughter, Bailey Elizabeth Sayyae.
