Teresa Ann Gates

Teresa Ann Gates, 56, of Cleveland, TN passed away on February 19, 2018. She was born on March 18, 1961 to Eddie Raymond and Linda Ivonne McAmis. Teresa was a lifelong resident of this area and a longtime member of New Liberty Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing and playing cards, but enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren most of all.
She is preceded in death by her father, Eddie Raymond McAmis; brother Brian McAmis.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 39 years, Mike Gates; sons Michael Tyson Gates and Rodney Aaron Gates (Daelynne); grandchildren Jesslynne Gates and Lakelynne Gates.
The family will receive friends from 3:00p.m. until 7:00p.m. Saturday February 24, 2018 at Companion Funeral Home
Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. Sunday February 25, 2018 in the Companion chapel with a burial at Fort Hill Cemetery following the service
