Taurus Genard Kelley

Taurus Genard Kelley passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN, after an extended illness. He was born July 20, 1975, to George Edward Kelly of Chicago, IL, and Brenda Carter Kelley of Mt. Pleasant, TN. Taurus was a native of Columbia, TN. He attended public schools as a military dependent during his father's time in the service overseas. He was a member of the Nation of Islam mosque, and he attended Chattanooga State to pursue work as an inner city counselor.

In addition to his parents, Taurus leaves behind to treasure his memory his aunts and uncles: Vickie and Jeffrey Engram, Sherry and Jeff Marshall, Linetta and Robert Crawley, Winetta and James Booker, Denise and Ricky Harris, and Clarence and Lisa Carter; a hose of cousins; hundreds of friends from all over the globe; grandparents, George Edward Kelley, Sr, and Gwendolyn Kelley, and James W. and Mattie Carter of Mt. Pleasant, TN.
