Susan Nell Hackler

Susan Nell Hackler, 50, passed away March 19, 2016. She was born December 7th, 1965 to the late Lewis Hodge Sr. and Ola Mae Hodge. Ms. Hackler always gave to charity and took care of those who were in her community. She enjoyed being outside tending to her flower beds and loved animals.

Along with her parents, Susan is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Hackler; sister, Jessie Hodge and brother, Phillip Joe Hodge.

Susan is survived by son, Jarrod Benton; daughter, Brittany Clark; two brothers, Colin and Lewis Hodge Jr.; four sisters, Pansy Gross, Myra Stephas, Shirley Hodge, and Rachel Starks and two grandchildren, Maelee and Leeland Clark.

Visitation will be held at Companion Funeral Home Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm service will follow. Pastor Jay Russell Hodge will officiate at the service.
