Obituary

Steven Lee Tinsley, 65, of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday, September, 20, 2014 after a lengthy illness.

He was a well-known car dealer in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area. He was co-owner of Cleveland Motors, Tinsley’s Used Cars, and Southeastern Auto Sales.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sue Tinsley and Don Adams, his brother, Jack Tinsley, and his sons, Travis Tinsley and Scotty Dahl.

Survivors include daughter, Stephanie Tinsley, grand-children, Kirstein Pohlner, Jessica James, Ryan Jones, Casey Jones, great grand-children, Kinsley and Kayden Ghorley, as well as many friends.

A funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the Companion Funeral Chapel, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW. The family will also be receiving friends on Wednesday, from 6:00PM until the 8:00PM service time.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you please donate to your local food bank or for you to do a good deed for someone.
