Silas Strickland

Silas Lane Strickland infant son of Lane and Haley Strickland of Etowah,Tn was born into Heaven on June 24th 2024. Jeremiah 1:5 says, "Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee". We all knew from the beginning that Silas was going to be a special little boy but didn't know that he was going to be so special that God wanted him more than we did. Silas will always have a special place in the hearts of his Mommy and Daddy, his grandparents, aunts, uncles and a host of loved ones that couldn't wait for him to enter this world. Silas is survived by his parents Lane and Haley Strickland, grandparents Rev. Mason and Amanda Strickland and Rev. Jason and Carrie Ollis, his aunts and uncles Clay Strickland, Jason (Zacori) Ollis, Logan (Alyssa) Ollis, Ava Grace Ollis and cousin Nolan Ollis as well a host of family and friends that will forever love, remember and miss our Baby Si.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 29, 2024, in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 400 S White Street in Athens, TN from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.

The interment will follow in the Hiwassee Memorial Gardens in Charleston, TN.
