Obituary


Shirley Ann Hubbard, 59, a resident of Cleveland passed away on Saturday January 12th, 2013 at Skyridge Medical Center. Shirley was born in Chattanooga on July 7, 1953 a daughter of the late Claude and Glady Swafford. Shirley was a lifelong resident of Cleveland and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents Shirley is preceded in death by her husband David Hubbard and one brother Wayne Swafford.
Shirley is survived by two sister-in-laws Tammy Trentam and Faye Pettit, one brother-in-law Wayne Hubbard and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
A visitation is planned for Friday night, January 18th, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2415 Georgetown Road, Cleveland, TN. A graveside service is planned for Saturday, January 19th, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Benton Memorial Gardens where Shirley will be laid to rest beside her husband David.
