Sherry Amoth Adams

Obituary
Sherry Amoth Adams, 63, a life-long resident of Cleveland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 15th, 2013. She was surrounded by her family and loving husband David of 37 years.
Sherry was a daughter of the late Dan and Ruth McDowell. She is also preceded in death by her father in law Harry Adams.
Her family includes her sisters and a brother; Linda Griffith and husband Edward, Pat Colloms and husband Ernest, and Terry McDowell, all of Cleveland, mother in law Eloise Adams, one sister in law Sherry Morgan (Eric), two brothers in law John Adams (Cathy) and Jim Adams (Twyla). There are several nieces and nephews, all of who she loved deeply, and also her precious “Jazzie”.
A graveside service will be held in Sunset Memorial Gardens on Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at 11:30 AM with her nephew, Pastor Jeremy Colloms, officiating. Pallbearers will be Danny McDowell, Adam Griffith, Shane Griffith, Michael Colloms, Andy Brown and Curtis Freeman.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s organization in Sherry’s memory.
