In Loving Memory of Sheila Chambers Morris

Sheila Chambers Morris, a cherished resident of Calhoun, GA, passed away on October 22, 2023, in Chattanooga, TN, at the age of 69. Sheila was a woman of deep faith, a masterful joke teller, and an unwavering animal lover, with a special bond with her constant companion, her beloved dog, Tiny. Her heart was truly in the outdoors, whether it was camping under the open sky or casting a line while fishing. She found her greatest joy in the company of her family, and her culinary skills were renowned as she delighted in making biscuits and her famous banana pudding.

Sheila leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She is survived by her devoted son, Michael Morris Jr., and her loving daughter, Brandi Hale. Her dear siblings, Keith (Pat) Chambers and Linda (Bob) Barbour, were a source of enduring strength and companionship. Sheila's warmth and love touched her cherished grandchildren, Holly Paradis and Noelle O'Neal, and her great-grandchildren, Payton Paradis, Layne Paradis, Sullivan O'Neal, and Amelia O'Neal. She was a beloved aunt and friend to numerous nephews, nieces, and others who were fortunate to know her.

Sheila is now reunited in eternity with her parents, Robert and Lorene Chambers, and her beloved husband, Mike Morris Sr. She joins her siblings, Bill Chambers, Jimmie Faye Slaton, Treaveline Dean, and Robbie Joe Chambers, as well as her son-in-law, Brian Hale, in a place of eternal peace.

The family has entrusted the care of Sheila to Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, Chattanooga Chapel, where she will be remembered with the utmost respect and dignity.

In honor of Sheila's enduring love for animals, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to your local animal shelter, allowing her passion for animals to continue making a difference even in her absence.

Sheila Morris will forever be remembered for her faith, her humor, and her boundless love for both her family and her furry friends. Her memory will shine brightly in the hearts of those she leaves behind, reminding us all of the importance of laughter, love, and the simple joys in life.
