Sharon Lounsberry

Sharon Harris Lounsberry, age 65, of Dayton, TN, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March27, 2024 at her home. She was born on January 25, 1959 to the parents of Callie and Bobbie Harris. She was a graduate of Rhea County High School and attended Lee University.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert and Edward Harris; sister, Genalee and husband Lonas Daniel; sister in - laws, Verna and Bernice Harris.

She left behind her husband of 38 years, Russell Lounsberry; son, Justin Lounsberry of Dayton, TN; daughter, Carrie Brock (husband, Troy) of Hixson, TN; step-son,Josh Lounsberry of Warner Robbins, GA; brothers, Hollis, Wendell, Richard, Randall all of Spring City, TN, Jerry and Dwain Harris of Dayton, TN and sister, Dorothy Dillard of Dayton, TN; grandchildren, Alex, Jeremiah, Dyland, Zakk; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and her fur baby, Binky.

Sharon loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, drawing, sewing and traveling.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 27, 2024 at 2:00 pm EST at Webbs Chapel Church of God in Spring City, TN. Interment will take place at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
