Obituary
Sarah Eva Gary, 97, a resident of Chattanooga passed away on Thursday night, April 12, 2012 in a Chattanooga health care facility. Sarah was born on November 20, 1914 in Sale Creek, TN a daughter of the late Will Jefferson Lee and Gerti Belle Matthews Lee. Sarah was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents Sarah is preceded in death by her husband Hal Burton Gary, one son Dr. Albert Lee Gary, one sister Thelma Downey, and one brother Paul W. Lee.
Sarah is survived by one daughter Sandy Gary Ross of Sale Creek, TN, three grandchildren, one nephew and several other extended family members.
A private interment will take place in the Shelton Cemetery.
