Samuel Phillips

August 21, 2015 — September 14, 2024

Samuel Isaiah Phillips was a loving child. He loved everyone and always wanted to fix anyone's problems. He was a giver to the point once he gave all of his stuff away, he would give his brothers away and maybe even yours to help others. He was an outdoors little boy. He loved rivers and lakes. He also admired the city even though he was a country boy from head to toe. He was an excellent dancer and loved music. He loved going to church at Salem Baptist Church. He couldn't wait to get on the church bus to go to church.

He would tell us he goes to church not for the goodies but for the Lord. He would always say "Its Be Okay." How true that is for him as he walks with the Lord Jesus Christ; but for us it's gonna be hard. We miss him and he will be missed. Isaiah son you are always in your mother's and father's heart and we will always love you. We will meet again someday on heavens shore.

He has his Father, Nathaniel Elisha Phillips, his mother, Lakota Cheyenne Phillips, brother, Michael Hezekiah Phillips, great grandmother, Louise Dunn, grandmother Kimberly Standridge, grandmother, Melinda Claudine Price, his grandpa, Michael Bustamante and grandma, Corina Bustamante, his great grandfather, Gene Melton, his other Great grandma, Brooxie Melton and many aunts, uncles, and cousins that are all waiting to see him again in heaven.

A service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 6:00 pm at Salem Baptist Church, 1212 Salem Valley Road, Ten Mile, TN 37880 with Pastor Caleb Parrott officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
