Roy Lynn, 88, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. Roy was born in Sweetwater, Tennessee on November 26, 1934 to the late Blanche Lynn.
Along with his mother he was preceded in death by his siblings, Fate “Red” Lynn, Glen Lynn, and Ossie Lee Surgeon; along several nieces and nephews.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, Diane Lynn, Gary Lynn, Beverly Lynn Hawkins, Chuck Schmitt, Kim Hales, Karen Bolton, Stacey Blanks, along with his grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, friends, and his dog, Boomer.
A Private Family Graveside will be held at Lee Cemetery with Pastor Daniel White and Pastor Greg Bolton officiating. Justin Kirk, Matthew Bolton, Tyler Schmitt, Tom Blanks, Chuck Schmitt, Steve Hales, and Gary Lynn will be serving as pallbearers.
