Obituary

Roxanne Julia Siclare, 57 died March 24, 2014 at Standifer Place in Chattanooga after suffering a long illness from complications due to a stroke.

Roxanne was born on October 4, 1956 in Miami, Florida. Her family moved to Avenel, New Jersey two years later where she spent her adolescent and teen years. She graduated from Colonia Senior High in Colonia, New Jersey and moved to Davie, Florida with her mother, father and brother soon after. Roxanne was a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee since 2004.

Roxanne was an avid sports fan, the Atlanta Braves being her favorite team. She enjoyed cross-stitching, collecting memorabilia, the works of Jim Shore and wolves. She was a homemaker and an elder caregiver to her 81 year old father. Christmas was her favorite holiday.

Roxanne is survived by her father, Caesar Roger Siclare, Sr., her brother Caesar Siclare II and his wife Sherry of Cleveland, Tennessee and their two children Wyatt and Roman. She is preceded in death by her mother Jane B. Siclare.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Roxanne Siclare Youth Fund at Charleston Presbyterian Church, PO Box 475, Charleston TN 37310.

Viewing is at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Charleston Presbyterian Church located at 8267 N Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN 37312, with service to follow at 6:00 p.m.
