Rose Marie Adams

Rose Marie Adams, age 66 of Birchwood, departed this life on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital following a long battle of COVID and other medical conditions. Born on April 26,1955 to the late James Kirk and Hazel Evelyn Newman Stamey, she was a native and lifelong resident of Hamilton County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend; a beautiful soul that will be greatly missed. She loved fishing, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Keith Adams.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Emilio Olivares; children, James(Jahanna) Adams, Maya Rose(Kiron) Reed, Kirklan Adams, Patrick Adams (Ramie); adopted son, Joseph Massengill grandchildren, Hazel Adams, Harley Adams, Sammy Reed, Morgan Reed, Emma Adams, and Hunter Adams; sister, Amelia Gayle (Ricky) Gaddis; brother, James Edward Stamey; sister-in-law. Kathy (Rick) Adams; special friend, Sharon Smith Davis; as well as several extended family and a host of friends also survive.
A Private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
