Obituary

Ronald E. “Ron” Lovingood, 67 a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday , November 16th, 2014 in a local hospital. Ron was born on January 19th, 1947 a son of the late Howard and Nina Pearl Lovingood. Ron was an honorable discharged veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He was of the Baptist faith and member of Waterville Baptist Church. After retiring from Dupont, he went to become a HVAC contractor owned his own business and also working for Jones Properties. Ron loved golfing and panning for gold.

In addition to his parent, he is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Lovingood.

Ron leaves behind to cherish his memory one daughter Jennifer Maxwell and her husband Robert, two step daughters Leslie Mason and her husband Justin and Robin Eaves, seven grandchildren Robert Jr., Bresney, Spud, Koty, Lauren, Spencer and Olivia, special friend and caretaker Zora Hooker, one brother Richard Keith Lovingood (Joyce), numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A celebration of his life is planned for Tuesday night, November 18th, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Waterville Baptist Church located at 4555 Dalton Pike in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Allan Lovelace officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.

The interment and committal service will take place on Wednesday, November 19th, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
