Ronald and Judith Regester

Ronald A. Regester, 76, and Judith E. Regester, 78 of Georgetown, TN entered into the arms of Jesus after a tragic vehicle accident on June 19th, 2024.

Ron was born July 26, 1948 in Baroda, MI to the late Laverne and Gertrude Regester. Growing up on a farm with 7 siblings, Ron learned well the value of hard work. He became an A&P Aircraft mechanic working at the Cleveland TN airport in the late 1970's. He later became a diesel mechanic working for the Coca-Cola company for over 25 years, then U.S. Express until he retired. Ron loved anything to do with airplanes, old tractors and classic pickup trucks.

Judy was born March 9, 1946 in Waterbury, CT to the late Henry and Virgina Allen. Judy attended nursing school in Greenville, TN and became an LPN nurse. She moved to Dowagiac Michigan and worked at a hospital there before meeting Ron and getting married in her hometown of Waterbury, CT on August 29, 1971. Judy was a devoted stay-at-home mother to 4 children before re-entering the workforce in a local Cleveland TN doctors office. She was also a physical assistant for a handicapped child in Cleveland TN for several years before retiring. Judy loved quilting, reading about archaeology, history, wildlife and anything related to her children or grandchildren.

Both Ron and Judy will be missed greatly!

Ron and Judy leave behind four children and eight grandchildren: Chad (Chrissy); Sarah (Kevin) and their children Kaleb, Elizabeth, Emily, James; Stephen (Irytta) and their children Michaela, Anthony, Isaac, Nathaniel; and Rebekah (William).

Ron leaves behind siblings: Rick (Joan), Kathy, Randy (Theresa), Rusty (Lisa), Margaret (Bruce), Doug (Gaylene), and Royce (Stephanie).

Judy leaves behind her siblings: Charlotte (Stan) and Susan

A memorial of their lives will be held at the church where they were active members: Bowman Hills SDA Church, 300 Westview Dr NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 on Saturday August 3rd at 4 pm EDT.
