Ronald Clay Allmon, 77, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, August 12, 2024. Ron was born on January 25, 1947 to the late Herman and Ruby Allmon. He was a dedicated mechanic for Duracell for 35 years. Ron loved Nascar racing, hunting, and SEC football.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald Allmon.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 44 years, Linda Allmon; children, Terrie (Mark) Lyles, Jody (Tonya) Allmon, Brian Allmon, Michelle (Michael) Rogers, and Jacob (Emily) Allmon; his grandchildren, Drew (Brooke) Lyles, Bryce (Amber) Lyles, Della (Johnny) Luna, Blake (Michaela) Allmon, Ella Allmon, Matthew Rogers, and Miles Rogers; Great grandchildren, Nathan Luna, Grayson Allmon, Ryker Allmon, and Owen Luna; and his sisters, Sandy Choate, and Johnnie (Frank) Maroon; along with a host of extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Companion Funeral home of Cleveland with Minister Bill Maynard officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to your favorite charity in Ronald's name.
