Obituary

Robin “Maw” Runions Rogers, 51, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday morning, June 20th, 2014 in a local hospital. Robin was born on September 22nd, 1962 a daughter of the late Jesse “Junebug” Kerr and Mary Pope. She was of the Baptist faith. Robin worked for many years with Shaw Industries of Eton, GA. She loved music and spending times outdoors with her friends and family.

In addition to her parents Robin is preceded in death by three brothers Alan Hampton, Bobby Kerr and Eldon Kerr.

Robin leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of twenty-seven years Chris Rogers, one daughter Keisha Price and one son Mitchell Runions, three grandchildren Skylar, Dakota and Austin, one sister Vicki Hampton, two brothers Eddie Hampton and Jimmy Hampton, special friends Robin Sanborn and Timothy “Mac” McMahan, her special four legged companion “Jesse”, numerous other extended family members, co-workers and a host of friends.

A celebration of her life is planned for Monday night, June 23rd, 2014 at 8:00 PM at New Salem Baptist Church located at 175 Ladd Springs Road SE with the Reverend Gordon Delashmitt officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday night from 6:00 PM until the 8:00 PM service time.
