Robert Randolph Payne, age 64 of Cleveland , departed this life on Sunday evening , April 18, 2021 at a Chattanooga health care facility. Born on December 13, 1956 in Rome Georgia, he spent the majority of his life in Rome before moving to Bradley County 12 years ago. He was a member of New Life Bible Church and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, loved working on cas and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Pettit(Marc); grandchildren, Brianna, Brooklynn, Bentlee and Logan; best friends, Kevin Wilson and Nathaniel Cargill
Per his wishes a private service will be held at a later date.
