Robert 'Bob' Edward Kieffer, 76, passed away on January 1, 2024, in Chattanooga, TN. Born in Atlanta, GA to the late Ann Cochran and Mahlon J Kieffer.
Robert is survived by his wife of almost 54 years, Amy, son Robert 'Robbie' Kieffer (Jamene) of Lawrence, KS, son Allan Kieffer of St.Louis, MO, daughter Melissa 'Mo' Kieffer of Soddy Daisy, TN, and beloved grandchildren Pearl, Montia, and Raleigh.
Robert worked as a chemist, and he and Amy ran a small business for the last 20+ years, recently passing operations to Melissa. He enjoyed astronomy and was 'Papa' to his grandchildren.
No funeral service is planned. He will be cremated and his ashes will be spread at their property in Pikeville.
