Robert "Junior" Hair

Robert “Junior” Hair, 88, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday evening, December 20, at his home. He was a former employee of Benton Pontiac and Jim Ruble Body Shop. He was a faithful member of the Blue Springs Baptist Church. Junior faithfully served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Junior was an avid golfer that enjoyed traveling with Westwood Baptist Church to Myrtle Beach to play golf.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Hair Suits and step-father George Hair; sister, Helen Prince; brother, Homer Wilson; sons, Mitchell Hair and Ronald Hair.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Betty Lyle Hair; daughter, Darlene and Tony Carroll; grandchildren, Kevin and Kapri Hair, Robby and Kaitlin Hair, Will Hair, Michael and Brittany Hair, Heather and Travis Henderson, and Heath Carroll, and 7 great-grandchildren, Micah, Maddox, Kolten, Matthew, Aubrey, Hayden, Haven, and Kaci Rae.
A celebration of life funeral service will be held on December 21, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Companion Funeral home with Pastor Jimmy Lewis officiating the service. A visitation period will be held two hours prior from 11:00AM until the 1:00PM service time.
Interment will take place in the Veterans Section of the Fort Hill Cemetery following the service. Kevin Hair, Robby Hair, Will Hair, Michael Hair, Travis Henderson, and Heath Carroll will be serving as pallbearers.
