Robert "Jason" Davis

Robert “Jason” Davis, 40, a resident of Athens, TN went home to be with the Lord on Friday morning, March 19, 2021. He was a long-time resident of Decatur, TN. He was a talented self-taught musician and artist. He was a gentle loving father, son and brother. Jason was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Decatur, TN.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert “Smokey” & Linda Davis and Rosa Lee & Weaver McKenzie all of Decatur, TN.
Jason leaves behind to cherish his memory his son Mason Davis of Cleveland, TN, mother Linda Hutsell of Decatur, TN father Kenny Davis of Athens, TN, four sisters Jamie Brown (Cedric) of Athens, TN, Ashley Davis of Chattanooga, TN, Cindy Hutsell & Amber Ammons both of Decatur, TN, aunts Kathy Womack of Ten Mile, TN, Janice Lyke of Lenior City and Brenda McKenzie of Decatur, TN, uncles Jeff Davis(Karen) of Decatur and David McKenzie of Ten Mile, TN, nephews Isley & Israel Brown of Athens, TN and niece Katie Fetter of Decatur, TN, numerous special cousins and friends and numerous other extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 400 S White Street in Athens, TN A memorial service will follow the visitation at 2:00 PM with the Theo Harris officiating.
