Robert James "Bob" Houston, Jr.

Robert James “Bob” Houston, Jr., 76, of Cleveland, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at a local healthcare facility. He was a son of the late Robert James Houston, Sr. and Marge Elizabeth Green Houston. He attended North Cleveland Baptist Church. He was a retired sheet metal worker having worked at TVA. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers International Union. He enjoyed working on his farm and raising beef cattle.

Survivors include son, Robert James (Melinda) Houston, III; brother, Bill (Karen) Houston; nephews, Colby Houston and Matthew (Lyuda) Houston.

A memorial gathering will take place on Friday, March 13, 2020, in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland from 4:00PM until 6:00PM. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 6:00PM with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating. A private interment will take place in the Council Baptist Church Cemetery.
