Obituary

Robert C. Brown, 60, a lifelong resident of McDonald, TN passed away on Thursday afternoon, October 17th, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. Robert was born in Cleveland, TN on August 8th, 1953 a son of the late Robert Eugene and Margaret Ellen Brown. He was of the Christian faith. Robert loved hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and also enjoying restoring antique cars and motorcycles. Above his love for the great outdoors was his family and he was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.
Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of thirty one years Connie Norwood Brown, one daughter Holly Brown and her boyfriend Cody Westmoreland, one son and daughter-in-law Robby and Jenny Swayne Brown, one granddaughter Paige Westmoreland all of McDonald, TN. He was looking forward to the arrival of his second grandchild in the coming months. He is also survived by one sister Benoria Cecil (John) of Arkansas and numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A graveside service is planned for Monday, October 21st, at 4:00 PM in the Lee Cemetery in McDonald, TN with the Reverend Ron Perry officiating. Heath Green, Cody Jordan, Cody Westmoreland, Robby Brown, Jim Swayne and Nick Cross will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN on Monday from 1:00 PM until time to leave in procession to the gravesite.
