Robert Belles

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Robert Belles, who left this world on December 29, 2024, in Georgetown, TN, at the age of 79. A man of hard work and kind heart, Robert's legacy is one of warmth, laughter, and devotion to his family and friends.

Born in Pennsylvania, Robert spent much of his life as a coal miner, a career he took on with dedication and pride. Later in life, he found joy in driving trucks and working as a mechanic, where he was admired for his skills and deep knowledge of the craft. Robert was also known for his love of the lottery, always hopeful and often bringing a sense of fun and excitement to those around him as he shared his dreams.

Robert's infectious smile and easygoing nature endeared him to everyone he met. Whether it was his hard work, his passion for his hobbies, or his unwavering love for his family, he touched the hearts of many. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Shirley Belles, and his siblings. Robert leaves behind his beloved fiancée, Cynthia McGahee; his brother Albert "Dickey" Belles; his sister, Tracy Ann Belles; and several children, as well as countless friends and loved ones who will remember him with great affection.

A visitation to celebrate Robert's life will be held on **Friday at 4:00 PM** at Companion Funeral Home, Cleveland Chapel.

In honoring his memory, we find comfort in knowing that Robert's love, laughter, and the warmth he gave will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Rest in peace, Robert-you will always be missed.
