Ricky Wayne Blankenship

Ricky W. Blankenship “Little Rick”, 59, of Cleveland passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 19, 1960 to the late Virginia Jo and Wayne Gwinn Blankenship. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Blankenship and a special nephew, Zach Bowman.
Survivors include siblings – Marty Blankenship, Val (Wayne) Randolph, Karen (Steve) Bowman and Peggy (Jack) Bowman, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 11th from 3-6 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home with funeral at 6:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Lebanon Baptist Cemetery. Pastor Sam Blankenship will be officiating.
