Ricky Akins

Ricky Lee Akins 67, of Cleveland, TN. passed away September 3, 2019. He was born on January 16, 1952 in Detroit Michigan; Ricky was a resident of Cleveland for most of his life. He was of the Christian Faith. He enjoyed his church family, and enjoyed being in the church choir, but most of all spending time with his family-especially his Mother. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother Bea Johnson, brother and caretaker Terry Akins (Gina), and brother Tim Stinnett, (Leanne) all of Cleveland. Brother Bobby Akins (Allison) of Decatur Alabama. Candice Akins of Marietta Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3-4pm before the funeral.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland.
