Richard Neil Martin, 43, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 24, 2014. He was born on October 2, 1970 to Richard and Deborah Martin. Neil was from Hamilton Ontario, Canada. After a bravely fought battle with cancer, our “champ” Richard Martin is in the arms of loved ones passed. His pain is gone and he has earned his rest. He is truly missed and will forever be loved and remembered by all that knew him. He was a loving father and loved fishing, outdoors, hockey-especially the Toronto Maple Leafs, and working his antique booth.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Martin. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 14 years, Misty Martin, father, Richard Martin and his wife Tena MacNeil, daughter Deborah “Grace” Martin, stepson Brent Daniel Jarvis, sister Shanna Campbell, brother Jeff Campbell, and stepbrother Alex Miller.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in Neil's memory to a trust fund that has been established for his daughter Grace Martin. Those donation can be made at the First Tennessee Bank (762) 887-6002 attention the Grace Martin trust fund account.

The family will receive friends at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 on Thursday March 27, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm.
