Richard Marion Thompson

Richard M. Thompson a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away March 4, 2019 at his home surrounded by family. Richard served in the United States Air Force, a member at Ladd Springs Seventh Day Adventist Church, and member of Covenant of Praise men’s chorus. He loved country living, working with his hands, general aviation, and playing in the yard with his two dogs.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents; Paul and Alice Thompson, sister; Janet Jones, and brothers; Jere Thompson, David Thompson.
He is survived by his wife; Judie Noorbergen Thompson, son; Murray (Tanya) Thompson, sister; Donna (Dick) Obrien, and brother; Paul Thompson Jr., grandchildren; Alysin, Samantha, Trevor, Alexander, Kristina, Benjamin, Jackson, Dolly, Martin, Jack, Corinne, Jacob, Robert, Seth, Josh, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home from 3-5.
