Richard Day

Richard Joseph Day Sr., 80, a resident of Etowah, TN passed away on Monday evening, August 28, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in LaFayette, GA on July 3, 1943, a son of the late William & Laura Day.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by several siblings.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 61 years Patti Hughes Day, two son Richard Joseph Day Jr and wife Stephanie and Jeffrey Lynn Day and Katrina, two grandchildren Trevor & Kara, one brother Ray Day of LaFayette, GA, one sister Jimmie Clark of Arden, NC, numerous other extended family members and host of special friends.
