Obituary

Renee Yvette Wooden Duckworth, 48, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday morning, April 5th, 2014 after fighting a brave battle with debilitating injuries she sustained in an automobile accident twenty three years ago. She was born in Cleveland on July 23rd, 1965 a daughter of Benny and Margie Wooden. Renee was of the Baptist faith and attended Waterville Baptist church. She was a great swimmer and served as a life guard for many years. Renee feared nothing and was always ready to try the newest water slide and water park available.

Renee is preceded in death by her mother Margie Wooden and her husband Jeffrey P. Duckworth.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her father Benny Wooden, one son Christopher Duckworth, one brother Bruce Allen Wooden of Grand Rapids, MI, four step brothers Danny Haney, Ralph Haney, Charles Haney and Ronnie Haney, nieces Heather Renee Jay, Brianna Nee Wooden, Amy Nave and Becky Keller and numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.

A graveside service is planned for Tuesday morning, April 8th, 2014at 10:00 AM in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Phil Griffin officiating.
