Regina Ann Cosby, 73, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN, passed away June 30, 2024. She was born August 19, 1950, to the late Mattie Burkes Cosby and Richmond Cosby, Jr.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Adrian Cosby and granddaughter, Deja Holloway.
Left to cherish her memories, son, Terry D. Moon; daughter, Darnella Holloway (Dewayne); siblings, Maurice Cosby, Gregory Cosby, Sr., and Kevin Cosby; grandchildren, Dezman Holloway, Donovan Holloway, Daryn Holloway, and Joshua Moon; special friends, Charles T. Moon, Sr. and Chanda Jennings; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
