Randall Millard

Randall Millard, age 60 of Charleston, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021 at his home. Born on December 22, 1960 in Burkburnett, Texas to the late Tom and Tommie Millard, he spent a majority of his life in Charleston and retired from the City of Cleveland Public Works after 40 years of service as a backhoe operator. After retirement, he worked for Stacey Suttles Trucking and Excavating which he said was always his dream job. He started on farm equipment for Roy Caldwell when he was only eight years old. He enjoyed outdoors, including hunting, and fishing of any kind. His favorite was deer and turkey, trout and crappie. He was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Millard on September 2, 2021.
Survivors include his children, Lesley Lyle (Scottie) of Decatur, Cody Millard, and Chelsea Kelley (Thaxton) of Benton; four grandchildren, Brooklin, Gaige, and Braiden Lyle; and Sadie Grace Kelley; sister Maxie Jones( Donnie) and nephew, Tucker Brown(Selena) and their children, Haven Lee and Raylon Eli-Thomas Brown; too many friends, hunting and fishing buddies to mention, but you know who you are. He was loved and will always be missed.
