Randal Morris

Randal Lee "Squirrel" Morris, 67, of Cleveland, TN, will be remembered fondly by family and friends after he passed away on January 27, 2025 in his home. Born on September 24, 1957, in Kingsport, TN, he was the son of the late Vernon and Mary Lou Morris.

In addition to his mother and father, Randal was preceded in death by his wife Della Rodie.

A graduate of Bradley Central High School, Randal started Morris Vineyard in 1980 and dedicated over 20 years to his work as a pipefitter for Bowater. Known for his passion for gardening and herbalism, he loved spending time outdoors. Randal cherished moments with family and friends, often around a good meal or while relaxing on his porch.

He is survived by his beloved son, Justin Morris, and daughter-in-law, Miranda, along with their son, Jaden Watson. Randal will also be missed by his three brothers: Eric (Carolyn), Joe, and Eddie (Cindy), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

To celebrate Randal's life, a memorial service will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Friends and family are invited to visit from 1:00 PM until the service at 3:00 PM.
