Ralph Vincent Cantelmo

Ralph Vincent Cantelmo, 71, of Cleveland, TN, passed away July 8, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Ralph was born on Nov. 27, 1951, son of Vincent and Dorothea Cantelmo in Long Island, NY. Ralph lived in Cleveland for 37 years. He had a career at Magic chef and CPQ. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling. “Pop” loved watching his grandchildren play various sports. He cherished spending every holiday with family. He will be deeply missed by all those who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vincent and Jemma Cantelmo; Francis and Bertha Wollman, his father Vincent Cantelmo, son Broc Hayes, and sister-in-law Pauline Lyell.

He is survived by his wife Vickie Cantelmo of 46 years, his mother Dorothea Cantelmo; his daughter, Shawnda Hembree (Steve) and his son, AJ Cantelmo (Kena); a “Pop” to 7 grandchildren, Isaac, and Madalyn Hembree; River, Willow, Everest, Bodhi, and Cypress Cantelmo; brother-in-law, Jim Lyell, his children, and several nieces and nephews.

Ralph’s family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m on Monday, July 17, 2023 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life service will follow at 7 p.m.
