Ralph Oliver

Ralph Fredrick Oliver Jr. of Cleveland, TN, peacefully passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 73. Born on March 30, 1950, in Chicago, IL, Ralph was the beloved son of Ralph Oliver Sr. and Jeanne Oliver.

Ralph will forever be cherished and remembered by his loving wife, Wanda Oliver, who stood by his side for the past 50 years. He was a devoted father to his daughter Kim Smith (Eric) and his son Jeremy Oliver. Ralph's legacy lives on through his grandchildren, Lindsey Oliver, Baylor Oliver, Elijah Oliver, Kaylee Oliver, and Ezra Smith. He also leaves behind brothers Michael Oliver and Jeff Oliver, as well as sisters Laurie Morse and Shelley Crews.

Ralph also shared a special bond with his extended family, which included numerous nieces and nephews. In his free time, Ralph enjoyed pursuing various hobbies and interests. He had a deep love for his community and always ready to lend a helping hand. Ralph's kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to justice will be remembered by all who knew him. As we fondly remember the beautiful life of Ralph, we invite family, friends, and loved ones to join us in paying our respects.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 8th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home from 1pm until 3pm. A Celebration of Life Service wil be held at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Crossroads Community Church Building Fund.

Ralph Fredrick Oliver Jr. will always be remembered as a loving husband, a devoted father, a dedicated officer, and a wonderful friend. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory bring comfort and solace to all those who were touched by his remarkable presence.
