Ralph Hicks

Ralph Earl Hicks, 87, of Cleveland, TN passed away on August 31, 2024. He was born on February 9, 1937 to the late Leland and Nora Carney Hicks. Ralph was an avid competition Turkey Shooter. He participated in numerous turkey shoots all over the southeastern United States.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his first wife Mary Lou Boring Hicks and two brothers: James "Frog" Hicks and Ronnie "Buckshot" Hicks; and daughter in law Arlene Hicks.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Margie Hicks; son Randy Hicks; grandson Chris Hicks; granddaughter Kellee Burchfield (Mark); sister Nellie Satterfield; brother Carl Hicks; great grandchildren: Isaac Burchfield, Cheyenne (Skyler) Sluder, Ciara (Ethan) Gerena, and Cambree Burchfield; great great grandchildren: Emmett Sluder, Ashton Sluder, Elliana Sluder, Finley Burchfield, and Faye Gerena.

Ralphs family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm on Thursday September 5th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service. A celebration of Ralph's life will be held at 7pm at the funeral home with Rev. Pete Morgan officiating. He will be laid to rest on Friday morning at 10am at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
