Ralph Edward " Eddie" Bullington, Jr.

Ralph Edward Bullington, Jr. “ Eddie”, age 67 of Riceville, departed this life on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Erlanger Medical Center. Born on June 25, 1954 in Joliet, Illinois to the late Ralph and Margie Bullington, he lived a majority of his life in Bradley and McMinn Counties and was of the Christian faith. A 1972 graduate of Charleston High School, he was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was employed at Whirlpool for 30 years before retiring from Mueller after 8 years of service. He loved bowling in his younger years,, watching NASCAR, riding motorcycles, going offroading, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, John Melton.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Norm and Patricia Bullington, Mickey Bullington; grandchildren, Marvin and Cala Bullington, Taylor Bullington, Blake Bullington, Ashley and Nathan Langlois, Sydney and Garrett Davis, Ethan Mullinax; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Lydia, and Xander; siblings, Brian and Beth Bullington, Mary Melton, Laurie Williams, Peggy and Phillip Howell; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends.
A Graveside service to Celebrate the Life of Ralph Edward Bullington, Jr. will be held Friday, March 18, 2022 at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Jon Franklin officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5p.m. until 8p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
