Rachael Deanna Johnson

Rachael Deanna Johnson, 30, of Cleveland, TN passed away on December 7, 2015. She was born on April 13, 1985 in Dunwoody, GA to Timothy Frank Lynch and Cynthia Haynes Corriher. Rachael held a recently obtained Masters Degree in Biology and was a surgery technician at an area veterinarian hospital. Rachael had lived in Cleveland for over a year, after moving here from Bardstown, KY. She was an animal lover at heart and loved being outside running, camping, hiking, mountain climbing, and biking. Above all things, she loved her son, Colton, and taking care of and spending time with him.

Rachael is preceded in death by her son, Colton Johnson; husband Derek Lee Johnson; grandmother Carolyn C. Haynes; and grandfather Kenneth Austin Lynch.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Cynthia Corriher (Larry W. Jr.); father Timothy Lynch (Karen); brothers: Timothy Matthew Lynch (Britny) and Samuel Austin Lynch; grandmother Angela F. Lynch; grandfather Harce L. Haynes; nephews: Xaden Alexander Depew and Silas Scott Lynch. In addition to these, she leaves behind several other extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday December 12, 2015 at Clingan Ridge Baptist Church located at 2412 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at the church on Friday December 11, 2015. Interment will follow the service on Saturday at Johnston Cemetery in Georgetown, TN with Samuel Lynch, Matthew Lynch, Kenneth John Lynch, Justin Mason and Jerryl Hyde serving as pallbearers.
