**Obituary for Phyllis Vickery**
Phyllis Vickery, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on August 11, 2024, in Chattanooga, TN, at the age of 66. A devout follower of Jesus Christ, Phyllis's life was a testament to her Christian faith and the love she shared with those around her.
Phyllis was known for her loving and kind-hearted nature. She was an enthusiastic supporter of the UT Vols, enjoyed the companionship of her dog, and cherished her time with her husband, Charles Rose. Her interests included fishing, tennis, and volleyball, activities she loved to share with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Rose, of Chattanooga; her daughter, Leann Conner, of Chickamauga, GA; and her son, Ronnie Mosier, of Chattanooga. Brother Billy (Peewee) Skinner. Phyllis also leaves behind a cherished legacy of grandchildren: Dylan Keeble, Tyler (Brooklyn) Evett, Taylor (Mary) Evett, Mekalynn Conner, Joseph Conner, Chase Conner, Jayda Huerta Ibanez, and Jayden Huerta Ibanez, as well as great-grandchildren Skylar Keeble and Hayden Evett.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, William Skinner and Ruth Skinner.
Her care was entrusted to Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, Chattanooga Chapel. Phyllis will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
