Phyllis Ann Campbell

Phyllis Ann Campbell (Caldwell), age 73 went home to be with her Lord March 8th, 2017 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Beech Springs Baptist Church in Old Fort , TN. She is the daughter of the late Dennis and Glennie Caldwell.

She is proceeded in death by her brother Jack Caldwell and her grandson Nicholas Ratcliff.

She is survived by her husband of 56 good years, Rev. Jerry Campbell; daughter Leisha (Gene) Smith; son Brian (Sunni) Campbell; and daughter Tammy (Clancy) Bryson, and 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister June Hicks, brother Kenneth Caldwell, and sister-in-law Doris (Tootsie) Caldwell. She has several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 from 3:00 PM til 7:00 PM at Beech Springs Baptist Church located at 2328 Horns Creek Road in Old Fort, TN. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 12th, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Church. Rev. Gene Smith, Rev. Keith Greer, and Rev. Jerry Campbell will be officiating the service and Justin Greer will speak at the graveside service. The graveside service will follow the funeral service at Union Missionary Baptist Church with Anthony Smith, Jason Smith, Matt McSpadden, Casey Bryson, Steve Campbell, Justin Draper serving as pallbearers, and Drew Campbell serving as an honorary pallbearer.
