Perian Nadella

January 23, 1960 - April 14, 2025

Perian Nadella, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2025. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she eventually found her home in the quiet beauty of Etowah, Tennessee, where her heart found peace in the view of the Smoky Mountains from her backyard-her personal oasis filled with beauty, calm, and rainbows. framed her days and her backyard became her sanctuary.

She is survived by her loving husband who she spent 47 loving years with Glen Nadella; her beloved daughter Kristin Marion and son-in-law Craig Marion; her cherished grandchildren Kadenze Lethco, Serenity Marion, and Arelis Marion; and her dear nephew Adam Rutter. She is preceded in death by her mother Marleah Mae Christman and her sister Milli Rivers.

Perian lived her life with a heart full of love and a soul that embraced freedom. Her grandchildren were her world, and her passion for rescuing animals was a reflection of her endless compassion and and in true Perian fashion, she even rescued a new puppy just two weeks before her passing. She had a gift for making people smile and an unshakable love for life, her family, and the places that brought her peace.

She loved life deeply-the mountains, the beach, the laughter of loved ones, and the quiet moments of reflection. Though no public service will be held, her family will be honoring her privately in a celebration of life. In lieu of flowers or cards, please consider donating to your local animal shelter-because that's exactly what she would have wanted.

Perian loved fiercely, lived freely, and left a beautiful mark on this world. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

You are encouraged to share a memory of Perian and/or your personal condolences with her family by visiting her memorial webpage and guestbook at www.companionfunerals.com. Companion Funeral & Cremation Service of Athens, TN, and the Cody family are honored to assist the family with these arrangements.
