Obituary for Penny Dianne Furman

Penny Dianne Furman, 66, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on March 30th, 2023, at Tennova hospital, at 12:35 PM, of complications from unknown causes. Penny was born on July 31st, 1956, to George E Furman and Dolores E Seltzer in Britton, South Dakota. After graduating high school Penny went on to receive a bachelor's of science in urban regional planning at Indiana State University.

Throughout her life she enjoyed education, traveling and taking beautiful photos. In her retirement She was an avid artist and champion for the Disenfranchised.

She is survived by two siblings, sister,Georgia Lewis. brother,Terry Furman. Three Sons, Ramzi Furman, Zachary DeSue, and Preston DeSue. Two grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Robert “Butch” Furman, Gary Furman.
