Peggy "Lucy" J. Smith

Peggy Joyce “Lucy” Smith, 89, of Cleveland, TN, passed away January 10, 2022, at her residence surround by her family. Born June 2, 1932, to the late Roscoe and Dora Delph in Wallins Creek, Kentucky. Peggy was of the Christian faith and was always positive, had a kind heart, strong willed, and mischievous sense of humor.

In addition to her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, George E. Smith; daughter, Sue Smith; son, Gene Smith; granddaughter, Mandy Smith; siblings, Barbara, Dorothy Lola, Marie, Gladys, Mabel, Charlie, Elmer, and Rosoce, Jr.

Survived by her loving daughter, Dottie Smith; grandchildren, Bruce Smith and Amber Gockel; great-granddaughter, Chyler Gockel; and a host of relative and friends.
